Although I enjoy a variety of photographic approaches, I’m drawn to the creative possibilities of the staged image. Working collaboratively with a model to develop a scene is like being a director working with a talented actor; each contributes unique talents and perspectives to bring a theatrical vision to life. I shoot exclusively on film, mostly black and white, and develop the rolls myself.
